Olivia Plath Slams Ex Ethan Plath, Claims He’s Engaged to New Girlfriend
Welcome to Plathville star Olivia Plath slammed her ex-husband, Ethan Plath, and claimed that he was already engaged to someone else.
“Remember when a year and a half ago, I tried to get divorced?” Olivia, 27, began in a video shared on Monday, April 28, on TikTok. “At first, my ex would not sign divorce papers because he kept thinking I was going to come back. Very clearly was not. He even said he didn’t want to be with me, but he just had this idea that I was going to come back and it was going to blow over like every ‘fight’ we had in the past and it would be fine.”
She continued, “On the show, it said ‘Ethan finally signed divorce papers,’ but what is not shown is that he filled them out incorrectly, he refused to put financial information in the paperwork, which is needed in the state of Minnesota. So, the court flagged the papers and they never went through. It wasn’t actually filed and we didn’t get divorced. When I reached out to him to try to get him to fix the paperwork, he blocked me. And I remained blocked for like a year.”
The TLC star claimed that she couldn’t “get a hold of” Ethan, 26, and was eventually forced to serve him papers. However, Olivia revealed that “a couple of months ago” Ethan actually reached out to her and said they “needed to get divorced immediately.” She was visibly annoyed that he had made her wait so long, but she said she knew the reason behind his delay.
“And I know why he made me wait a year. It’s because his dad told him, ‘She’s making this process all about her. She’s making getting divorced all about her. Take your time, Ethan, and don’t rush into any paperwork,’” Olivia added. “Making it all about me? As in, ‘I don’t want to get threatened with a gun because I’m not a Christian Nationalist, so I don’t want to be married to you anymore? Sure, that’s all about me because I want to stay alive and I’m scared of you? Sure, sure.’”
As she went on, Olivia alleged that Ethan and his attorney continued to pressure her to sign off on the papers immediately, despite her telling them she wanted to wait until she had her finances in order from the current tax season. His insistence on getting paperwork filed made her wonder why he was in such a rush.
“Then I find out, he got engaged,” Olivia explained. “He’s still legally married to me because he refused to work with me for over a year, but he already got engaged to another girl … Good luck setting a wedding date. You’re still f–king married, bro.”
Before ending the video, Olivia said, “Good luck, Teegan,” implying that Teegan Nichols is the woman in question.
Ethan previously introduced Teegan, 24, as his girlfriend via Instagram on December 31, 2024.
“Proud to introduce my sweet girlfriend! She truly is one of the sweetest, kindest, and patient people I’ve ever known!” Ethan wrote alongside a carousel of photos he shared. “Looking forward to the next year and what it has to bring. Wishing everyone a very happy new year! Here we go 2025!”
Neither Ethan nor Teegan have commented on whether or not they’re engaged.
