Currently working as a program manager at Promise South Salt Lake, Leon also dedicates their time as a recreational assistant at William E. Christoffersen Salt Lake Veterans Home. Beyond their professional endeavors, Leon uses their social media platform to advocate for transgender awareness and express their passion for writing.
Audrey, while more private about their career, shares a love for photography and often captures heartwarming moments with Leon. Together, the couple resides in Denver, Colorado, where they are loving pet parents to several dogs.
A Sudden Setback: Audrey’s Accident
Audrey recently updated their social media, posting photos of their life with Leon, including moments spent with friends and supporting local bookstores. However, fans quickly noticed that Audrey was using crutches. In response to concerned inquiries, Audrey revealed that they had “ruptured my Achilles tendon playing soccer.”
The recovery for a ruptured Achilles tendon typically ranges from four to six months, depending on the severity. Despite the injury, Audrey and Leon were met with an outpouring of support from fans, who were happy to see them back online after their hiatus. Comments included well-wishes for a speedy recovery and appreciation for their support of indie bookstores. One fan shared their own experience with a similar injury, offering words of encouragement. “Ugh, I tore my Achilles twice and have had three procedures. Wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. Leon emphasized the importance of community care, mutual support, and embracing grief, both individually and collectively. “i am definitely doing it slow. here’s to more (real) community care, mutual everything, believing in abundance, & really feeling our griefs— individual & collective,” Leon wrote.
