It was perhaps from the moment after the search party recovered his body from the river in Washington. Hence, she was quick to express her anger at the footage and blasted those circulating the clip.
Raiven wrote, “someone decided that horrible moment should be documented, you’re sick.” She explained that viewers should consider that Matt’s mother, Ami, also has access to social media and could see it. Raiven was furious and asked her audience for some privacy. She then concluded, “Rest in peace Matt.”

Alaskan Bush People star Matt Brown’s body was found in the Okanogan River, Washington. Bear Brown confirmed the news, and the Okanogan County Sheriff’s Office revealed that Matt’s body is currently with the Okanogan County Coroner. After the news that Matt Brown was no more was confirmed, several Brown family members mourned his loss on social media.
Bear Brown shared a picture with Matt and wrote a lengthy caption. He expressed how Matt was way more than just a star of Alaskan Bush People. Bear revealed that his brother was “intelligent, curious, creative, and endlessly fascinated by the world around him.” He even noted that Matt knew sign language. Bear couldn’t stop praising how amazing Matt was and revealed that the latter learned “conversational Spanish, and could spend hours mastering a new skill simply for the joy of understanding it.” He admitted that Matt was imperfect but reminded the world that he was just a human.
