A few days ago, Welcome to Plathville star Moriah Plath posted a heartfelt message on her Instagram. The 22-year-old also shared a video of herself with her dog. She wrote, “It’s been quite a year for the both of us and I wouldn’t change it for the world!” Plath added that she has so much to be grateful for and wrote that God guided her and showed her that He was with her, looking out for her.

The 22-year-old stated that God knew where she needed to start over and work on healing. “Losing my hair played a big part in that too, when I thought I couldn’t handle one more thing, I was handed one more thing,” she added. Moriah said that, in a way, it was a blessing. She learned how to let go of things she no longer needed to hold onto. She further wrote that she started to focus on what she could control.

However, the reality TV star admitted that it is hard to be at peace when one is accustomed to chaos. She stated that it is hard to be happy when your mind becomes too accustomed to sadness. But she shifted her perspective from “Why is this happening to me?” to “This is happening for a reason.” Moriah added that she did not want to miss the beauty and lesson of it because she was stuck wondering why.

She noted that from time to time, she had to remind herself to look for the good in things. It would have encouraged her to turn the pain into something beautiful.
