90 Day Fiance’s Darcey Silva Shows Off Latest Plastic Surgery Procedure: See Lipo 360 Results
90 Day Fiancé star Darcey Silva has once again transformed her look, revealing the results of her last plastic surgery procedure.
“Loving my Lipo360, J-Plasma and ab-etching results!” Darcey, 50, wrote via Instagram on Wednesday, May 14. “Love you @comfortzone_surgeons.”
Lipo 360 is a body contouring procedure designed to remove stubborn fat from hard-to-tone areas like the abdomen, hips, back and waistline, according to AirSculpt. J-plasma, on the other hand, is a non-surgical treatment that tightens and rejuvenates the skin. Meanwhile, ab etching is a specialized form of liposuction that enhances the appearance of abdominal muscles, creating a more defined, sculpted look.
In another slide, Darcey brought viewers along as she received NAD injections — an anti-aging and focus-boosting treatment, according to her injector. The shots were administered directly into her abdomen and had a dosage schedule of twice a week.
“Easy squeezy. Fountain of youth guys, I love my NAD shots,” she told her viewers. “I always feel so refreshed and transformed, I feel like it does something not only physically, but mentally and spiritually too. I love this transformation I’m on.”
Darcey has built a reputation for being transparent about her cosmetic enhancements, often teaming up with her twin sister, Stacey Silva, to share their transformation journeys with fans. Most notably, during season 2 of their self-titled show, Darcey & Stacey, in 2021, the duo took viewers overseas to Turkey, where they underwent a series of plastic surgeries totaling over $20,000.
Two years later, the twins jetted off overseas once again — this time to Istanbul — for another round of cosmetic enhancements. Darcey and Stacey underwent a series of procedures, including a neck lift, chin liposuction, lateral blepharoplasty (also known as ‘fox eyes’), a cheek lift, and revision rhinoplasty.”
“Our amazing reality TV stars from @tlc @darceysilva @staceysilvatv @thesilvatwins returning to us for another round of facial surgery both opted for same operations to remain twin like,” the overseas doctor’s office captioned a video of the TLC stars’ visit.
After the procedures, Stacey, 50, flaunted her results online, stating, “I’m loving my results from the top clinic and doctor.”
More recently, Darcey and Stacey went on a double date to the med spa with their respective spouses, Georgi Rusev and Florian Sukaj, in August 2024 as they indulged in another new procedure — salmon sperm injections.
Salmon trout sperm extract has been shown to increase collagen and the metabolic activity of skin cells. Treatment results include “improvement in skin tightness and thickness, acne, pigmentation, red veins, Rosacea and inflammation,” according to KP Aesthetics. The treatment has gained major popularity over the years, thanks in part to A-list celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Aniston.
