‘Sister Wives’ Robyn Brown’s Most Cruel Acts Against Brown Family Ahead of Season 19
Sister in law Star Robyn Brown is one of the most hated cast members on the TLC series. Her reputation for stealing Kody Brown’s heart and his family’s fortune is legendary. But are some of her actions more cruel than others?
Robyn Brown’s Most Cruel Acts in Series History
Why Robyn Brown Has the Worst Reputation Out of Any Actress on Sister in law? Perhaps it’s because the decisions she makes on camera aren’t very favorable to Meri, Janelle, Christine Brown, and their children.
In one Reddit The post has fans debating some of her most outrageous actions in the show’s history. The TLC star has been involved in some embarrassing moments throughout the series’ 19 seasons.
The overall winner in the cruel category was Robyn who insisted on an 11-day honeymoon, leaving Christine at home with the newborn and all the other children to care for. “Robyn also said that Christine called her when they got back and asked if she needed 11 days for the honeymoon. She said yes, right in front of the cameras. Not a care in the world that he left her with a newborn so he could run off with his mistress for 11 days,” one fan claimed.
“She gave up her innocence! That little speech made her children look like they were born out of wedlock,” a second viewer wrote.
“Robyn is very stingy when it comes to feeding OG13. But OG3 is incredibly generous with her and her kids,” a third Redditor noted.
Finally, a fourth fan wrote, “She took a picture from when they were babies and a picture of Kody with Christine and her kids when they were younger and took it to an artist. She asked him to paint a large portrait to ‘create a memory’ and make it look like Kody was their dad from the start.”
But it seems that was just the beginning of Robyn’s unkind behavior. However, she still sees herself as the “Brown family scapegoat” and plays the victim after her actions backfire. And of course, Kody comes to her rescue.
Robyn Brown’s cruelty continues
There are many other instances of Robyn Brown’s cruelty towards her sister wives and their children. As for her intention of becoming part of a large polygamous family, Robyn seems to have done everything she could to resist her integration.
She lets Meri announce her pregnancy with Ariella, a cruel move since Meri can’t conceive another child. When Robyn announces her pregnancy with Solomon, she is unhappy that the family’s teenage children don’t react.
Robyn takes her sisters-in-law wedding dress shopping, asking for their opinions and pretending she’s including them in this important decision. She then goes to the store alone with Kody to make her selections.
She encourages Meri to stay in the meaningless marriage, unwittingly only to torture her until Meri wakes up to the fact that Kody no longer wants to stay in the marriage. The most sensitive point is a nanny during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic when Kody does not allow the family to gather, even outside—though a nanny still comes in every day to care for his young children.
Can she regain her reputation?
Robyn Brown’s reputation is unlikely to recover. She has been caught lying and hurting people so many times that she has not even dared to ask for forgiveness.
It would be great if Robyn (and Kody Brown) would admit their role in the breakdown of their family. If they could look into the camera and say that their relationship should have been monogamous from the start, they shouldn’t have hurt the other woman and their children by leading them on.
Robyn and Kody should also apologize on camera for taking away family resources for their own needs. Their lavishly decorated Flagstaff, Arizona home, currently listed for sale for $1.6 billion, is a testament to how much money the couple spends on their family.
However, none of that is likely to happen. Kody, and especially Robyn, will never admit to their bad behavior, even though they were caught on camera making these mistakes. As a result, Robyn’s reputation will remain as one of the most hated women on reality TV.
Sister in law Season 19 premieres on September 15 at 10 p.m. ET. The series airs on TLC.
