Moving In Day 1: Closet Hogs, Raw Beef Feuds, and “Spider-Style” Cuddles

On 90 Day Fiance, Debby Rolando is giddy over Mohamed “Mido” Fayed‘s arrival until he seems to walk all over her feelings. Rasit gets an all American welcome in Alabama until Mallorie‘s ex shows up. Ashia seeks the help of a prophetess and gets divine intervention from a flock of geese. Thomas falls short of making things nice for Paula. And Shea McGuire comes clean but pays a price. Let’s break it all down in this recap of Season 12, Episode 4 “Forsaking All Others.”

90 Day Fiance: Debby Deals with a Moody Mido

On 90 Day Fiance, Debby Rolando is thrilled that her young Egyptian movie star Mohamed “Mido” Fayed has arrived to be by her side after a cruel prank. She fusses over him like a mother hen. Mido seems distracted and uncomfortable with her smothering. He is polite until he suggests her one bedroom apartment is smaller than his house in Egypt. And gets a little overzealous building a pillow wall between them in bed. Debby wears a high neck flannel nightgown to bed to help him resist temptation. But it doesn’t seem like there is any.

In the morning Debby Rolando is eager for a kiss. And he offers up a cheek. Later she wants to show him the city of New Orleans. And he starts the first of many crappy behaviors. By asking her to cover her shoulders in the NOLA heat. Meanwhile he looks like he’s ready for hot yoga in his leggings and tank. Mido seems geographically confused when he asked how far it is to Hollywood. Debby seems perplexed. He suggests they move right away since he is eager to become a big star.

Debby Rolando looks as fragile as her collection of ceramic eggs. She panics, rents a bigger apartment and worries about Mido’s motives. Especially after he insists on constant photos and videos on 90 Day Fiance. The last straw is when Mido demands a video of himself driving the moving truck. Debby Rolando messes up and only takes a photo. He refuses to speak to her sulking around the new apartment and refusing to speak. Debby insists she’s no doormat. But it seems he’s already walking all over her.

90 Day Fiance: Rasit Fears Interference from Brandon

Rasit and Mallorie make a multi-flight journey to Alabama on 90 Day Fiance. Mallorie fears the worst when they both hit customs. But Rasit passes with flying colors. Even getting the green light before Mallorie. He’s thrilled when her friend picks them up in an America themed decked out SUV. He gets a little nervous when he sees the tiny downtown. With nobody out on the streets. He is intrigued by the billboard for an adult store. And Mallorie shares some raunchy lore of what goes on there.

Back at the house he gets a rousing welcome from the four dogs. Again he questions whether there is a bidet for his hygiene needs. The lack of bidets in America gets top play in every new season of 90 Day Fiance. Nevertheless, Rasit is enjoying the new digs. Until Mallorie gets a text from her friend Brandon. Who wants to come by to retrieve his dog camera. Mallorie admits her and Brandon once had a “situationship”. But Rasit feels threatened as the new man of the house.

Ashia Gets Unexpected Help

Ashia is determined to get to the bottom of why Maxwell’s K-1 visa was denied. She calls for back up in the form of a prophetess from her church. The ladies convene near a lake where the prophetess lets out a loud litany crying for answers from above. A flock of geese join in on the holy racket. This fills Ashia with hope. She feels that the birds reaction simply meant God was there with them. And telling her to pack up and go to Nigeria to get her husband.

Not one to argue with the flock, Ashia gets her mom on board to travel to Nigeria on 90 Day Fiance. She’s big on self-care and that includes packing serums, creams and assorted treatments for Maxwell. She thinks he’s in need of a head to toe glow-up. And she’s making sure he gets it along with some sort of visa. It’s possible she could have to marry him in Nigeria. Unless she finds out something her or the geese didn’t know.

TLC Couple Thomas and Paula Move in Together

90 Day Fiance couple Thomas and Paula provide comic relief in this season of high drama. Thomas lives the bachelor life. He’s quite happy to kneel in front of a tiny table to eat his meals. He loves a big steak and his bed doubles as his couch. While Paula is thrilled to see the palm lined streets of LA, she can’t hide her disappointment when she sees Thomas’s pad. It seems he hasn’t done a thing to prepare for her arrival.

While Paula loves miniatures, it doesn’t apply to her dining room table. She feels disrespected when Thomas doesn’t offer her much closet space. And the sight of the raw steak and meat dehydrator in the kitchen are an affront to her vegan lifestyle. Paula gives him 7 days to turn things around or it’s back to Brazil she’ll go. But at the end of the day the quirky couple cuddle in their favorite “spider” position and go to bed happy.

90 Day Fiance: Shea McGuire Gets Ahead of Rumors

Shea McGuire is lot of things, but for the most part he’s a happy guy. Annabelle Chua on the other hand seems to be struggling fitting into his world. She doesn’t love the closeness between him and his daughter. Not to mention the dog hair and various deer heads staring from all the walls. Shea senses her discomfort and offers up breakfast in bed. But Annabelle isn’t one to go with the flow. And insists it will make ants come so she’ll finish in the kitchen.

Shea is eager to show her around his hometown of Paducah, Kentucky. Annabelle gets annoyed with his talking during the tour and wishes he would just shut up on 90 Day Fiance. Perhaps he should have heeded her advice. Over beers with his local friends they reveal some think she’s a mail order bride. Shea wants to get ahead of ex wife Nicole by admitting he’s quite the flirt around town. But doesn’t consider some drunken kisses while dancing actual cheating. Annabelle Chua begs to differ.
