’90 Day Fiancé’: Are Russ & Paola Still Together on ‘The Last Resort’?
After making their debut on the first season of 90 Day Fiancé, Russ and Paola Mayfield have returned to the franchise for Season 3 of 90 Day: The Last Resort.
The spinoff series follows six fan-favorite couples from the 90 Day Fiancé universe as they navigate relationship issues. Through a couples retreat, these duos undergo therapy and more bonding experiences, ultimately deciding whether to recommit or call it quits. Seeing as Russ and Paola have been seemingly happily married for over a decade, it was unclear to some why they’re appearing on a show for stars with marital issues.

Are Russ and Paola still together?
It appears that Russ and Paola are still together. While we won’t know until the end of The Last Resort whether they decide to recommit or not, it’s clear from Russ’s social media that they are on good terms at the very least. On the day of the premiere, Russ posted a video and a collection of photos with Paola, writing, “It starts….” A few days before that, Russ posted a series of videos of their time as a family at Universal Studios Hollywood.

Why are Russ and Paola on The Last Resort?
At the start of The Last Resort, Paola shared, “We recently moved to Las Vegas because I am a pro wrestler, and I get to work more in Las Vegas than in Oklahoma.” Explaining that they currently live in an RV, Paola admitted, “I’m not happy at all with this situation.” Apparently, Paola even tried to move to Las Vegas without Russ.
Since Russ has gone through a lot of career changes (he currently appears to be the project site manager of Xylem and the owner of Lift N Services), he explained, “Pao has now become more of the provider.” For Paola, having to put her credit card down instead of her husband’s is “triggering.” At the same time, Russ doesn’t feel appreciated. Paola revealed, “Russ is not the man I married, and that’s why I went behind his back to see an attorney to see my options about getting a divorce. ”
Later, the duo opened up about their sex life, revealing that having sex feels more like a chore. Paola went as far as to say, “I feel like a dead cow in there.”

Russ and Paola have appeared on multiple seasons since their debut on Season 1 of 90 Day Fiancé. They made their biggest splash on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Seasons 1-4. Aside from one-off episodes on 90 Day Diaries, 90 Day Bares All, and more, they haven’t starred on a spinoff since 2019.
Do Russ and Paola have kids?
Yes, Russ and Paola have one son named Axel. He was born on January 1, 2019, just after midnight. At the time, Paola told People, “While I was hearing the fireworks and people telling me Happy New Year, I was just focused on meeting my baby. It wasn’t easy, but it was totally worth it! My little miracle is so beautiful and calm. I feel so blessed, and I can’t believe I am a mom now. I’m ready to start this new adventure and to be the best mom for baby Axel.” Today, he is seven years old.
