90 Day Fiance: Here’s Everything About Thais’ Shocking DV Arrest!
90 Day Fiance star Thais recently made headlines as she was arrested for domestic violence. She was arrested in Nevada on May 22, and she was facing charges of domestic battery misdemeanor. The celeb then paid a $3,000 bond for her release and was expected to appear in court again on July 20, 2026.
But when it comes to Thais, she was relatively calm about the entire matter. She posted several pictures on Instagram and pretended as if nothing actually happened. The celeb even thanked her audience for supporting her during all the ups and downs. Hence, it seems that she knew she would get out of this mess in no time.
90 Day Fiance: DA Officially Drops Charges Against Thais After DV Arrest
90 Day Fiance star Thais is walking free as she is no longer facing the charges of domestic battery misdemeanor. As per Nevada law, misdemeanor domestic battery is physical force or violence. It can involve a partner, co-parent, spouse, or even a family member. But Thais would not have to appear in the court to testify in late July.
A famous reality TV blogger, Kikiandkibbitz, recently shared a screenshot of the court’s site with Thais’ case. The page revealed that all the charges against Thais were “dropped” on 5/24/26. The reason was “DA Denial.” DA Denial basically means that the District Attorney declined to prosecute the case after reviewing all the details.
It basically means that the DA’s office chose not to continue the prosecution at that time. However, Thais still has a divorce case to deal with. Patrick wants sole physical and legal custody of their daughter, and Thais would have to deal with that now. Hence, fans believe she has a lot on her plate, as custody battles are never easy.
