Jenny revealed that she was having difficulty speaking to the point that she avoided conversations. This came after Jenny’s friend, Penny, had already set up a $250K USD fundraiser. She even clarified that the entire amount will be used for “medical care and support over time.” As per their prediction, Jenny’s medical bills would “exceed $200,000” in just a year. Hence, they were collecting funds to cover the cost of wheelchairs, treatment, in-home nursing, and other things.
As per the current scenario, Jenny and Sumit’s GoFundMe has already raised $14,144. 402 donations have already been made, and the couple has covered 6% of the amount within a few hours.
