Kody Brown Drops a Bombshell About Family & ‘Special Forces’ Finale!
Sister Wives fans were impressed to see a different side of Kody Brown on Special Forces Season 4. He presented himself as a hurting father longing for his kids. Even his fellow contestants began to feel that, at his core, he’s just a father. But let’s not forget, he is also known as TLC’s biggest villain.
Sister Wives Fans Slam Kody For Shifting Blame On His Wives!
Recently, Kody Brown gave an interview, where he put all the blame for being a poor father on his wives. A Redditor posted that Kody said he only took responsibility because he was in a military-type situation. The original poster further added that, apparently, Kody is applying the Special Forces rule of ‘if the team fails, all fail’ in real life. A user commented that he weaseled out of taking responsibility again.
The same person continued that Kody has time to make a fake deathbed letter to reconcile with his kids. However, when he does have all the time in the world for that, he still does not do it, the user added. “Kody had to make sure everyone was clear that he wasn’t solely to blame for his broken family,” another wrote.
Just days before the Special Forces Season 4 finale, Sister Wives star Kody opened up about his time on the show. Fans were impressed by his appearance. What surprised everyone was how openly he spoke about his strained relationship with his children. Fans may recall that a few months ago, he admitted that his trash talk and innuendo made things worse between him and his kids.
However, once again, he decided not to take accountability for his actions. Instead, he put all the blame on his wives. While speaking with Fox, he said that everyone broke up as a family, so he cannot be the only one who’s “culpable.” He further claimed that everyone, including his ex-wives, must take partial responsibility. He added that he won’t marry again, as his experience with polygamy and the divorces left “bad blood” in the family.
Furthermore, he revealed that Special Forces tested him in unexpected ways. He said that the show “find you in every weakness.” He added that it was both physically and mentally hard for him to be on the show. Brown became emotional as he spoke about his past experiences. “My failures were because I didn’t know how to be your dad and husband,” he said.
Kody went on to say that things were really good between him and his kids until all the divorces happened. However, he quickly added that he’s not the one to blame. He said he had a “military” mindset, which says, “If you’re partly culpable, you’re fully culpable.” That’s why, according to Kody, his ex-wives are equally to blame for his children being distant from him.
