Since Adnan wanted five kids, Tigerlily didn’t object to his wishes. They had discussed having kids in their talking stage but Tigerlily was taken aback when he said he wanted five. Two months after their wedding and her return to the U.S., Tigerlily flew to Turkey to meet Adnan. They called it their baby-making trip. Tigerlily said she had traveled in her prime-time ovulation window. She had some lower abdominal pressure two weeks after coming back home. A special test which gave results about a week sooner, confirmed that Tigerlily was pregnant.

If the Tell All was filmed around that time, Tigerlily could introduce fans to her little baby at the reunion.
