David flew to Thailand in November 2024 with a pregnant Annie, as the Thai native wanted to be surrounded by her family during the birth. The couple began hinting that their move to Thailand might be permanent. While David hadn’t quit his real estate job in the U.S., he appeared to be working remotely, still closing million-dollar deals.
