90 Day Fiance: Brandan de Nuccio Welcomes Mom to the Philippines
Brandan De Nuccio’s mother, Angela, is in the Philippines to visit him and attend his wedding to Mary Rosa. However, she doesn’t get along with her future daughter-in-law. She feels that she is manipulative and has isolated her son from his family. She thinks that behind closed doors, she will make her son’s life miserable.
While in town, Angela will be staying with the 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way couple. However, she isn’t too happy about insects living in their home.
Brandan tells Angela that she will be sleeping in his and Mary’s room since there are no bugs. He says that there are more bugs in the living room. And in their room, there are practically no bugs.
Brandan Knows Angela’s Biggest Fear
Brandan explains that there are “some big spiders” in the Philippines. He knows his mother is “very scared of basically anything that has legs, crawls on walls, and is good at hiding.” He says Angela is especially afraid of spiders. In his opinion, she has arachnophobia.
However, the 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way cast member wants his mother to know that there is a different way of living in the Philippines. He says, “You got to be one with the bugs.”
Brandan also had to get used to the bugs when he first got to the Philippines. He didn’t know what to think when he saw how giant the spiders were. However, Mary told him to be careful around them.

Angela asks Brandan De Nuccio to check for any critters in the room. He tells her he can check under the bed but can “pretty much guarantee that there’s nothing underneath the TV stand.” However, when he checks, he finds an “exoskeleton of a spider.”
The 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way castmate’s mother freaks out. Angela asks her son where the spider is now. He tells her, “It’s gone,” and that she shouldn’t worry about it. He then throws it out the window.
Brandan asks his mother if she is doing okay. Angela tells her son, “No.” He explains to her that it’s not a real spider. It is just the skin. However, she didn’t know that spiders shed their skin, which freaks her out even more.
The TLC star checks the rest of the room and doesn’t find any other bugs. Mary Rosa finds it funny watching her future mother-in-law freak out over the bugs. Will Angela stick around long enough to attend the wedding — or will she be on the next flight home after finding a spider where she will be sleeping?
